Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Customized Items: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing customized items, as they are made to order.

International Shipping

Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Miniz Jewelry.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@minizjewelry.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue promptly.

  • United States: Shipping is available across all states. Rates are calculated at checkout.
