At Miniz Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for all customers, regardless of location.
- Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage, with all original packaging and tags intact.

- Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We will acknowledge your return request within 48 hours and provide any additional instructions if necessary.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of 50 AED unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- We take every precaution to ensure your order is perfect before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Order Cancellations
