EXCHANGE & REFUND

EXCHANGE POLICY

For an exchange, simply send your item back within 5 days days from the receipt of the order if you reside in Lebanon, and 12 days if you are living abroad.

MINIZ Jewellery will only accept items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.

How to return your order:

  • Return the item(s) using the return address on the label of your package. Please include in the package: your order number, your name and reason for returning the item.

  • Contact us with your order details, to confirm you have returned your item(s).You should expect an answer from us within 48 hours.

Please note that earrings are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. 

Please note that customized items are created on your express demand and therefore cannot be exchanged.

Also, international exchanges are subject to additional charges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
