Return and Exchange PolicyAt Miniz Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for all customers, regardless of location.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please Note – Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled after confirmation.
    • In the event of a forced cancellation before shipping, 50% of the item price will be deducted as a customization fee.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will acknowledge your return request within 48 hours and provide any additional instructions if necessary.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (50 AED) unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damages or IssuesWe take every precaution to ensure your order is perfect before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at support@minizjewelry.com.
  • Provide a description and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@minizjewelry.com as soon as possible.
  • If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • Customized items cannot be canceled once confirmed. If an exception is made, 50% of the item’s value will be deducted to cover production costs.

Chargeback Policy

  • If a chargeback is filed after the item is delivered and confirmed, we reserve the right to submit all evidence of delivery and communication to dispute the claim.
  • Filing a false chargeback after receiving your order is considered fraud and will be reported to payment platforms and legal authorities if necessary.

International Returns and Exchanges

  • International exchanges may incur additional fees.
  • All returned items must meet the same conditions as domestic returns.
