WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can select one or more of the following payment methods; Credit/Debit card, and PayPal. We accept payments from all major credit and debit card companies mainly in US Dollars only. If your card is in a different currency, please note that your payment will convert to USD automatically.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been received. If you did not receive an email, kindly contact us through the get in touch page.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours. Kindly note that customized orders take up to 10 days to be produced.

All orders in Lebanon will be delivered within 2-5 business days depending on the location.

We ship worldwide. Kindly refer to the Payment & Shipping page for more details on the shipping rates.

 All orders are sent and tracked with DHL  You will receive a tracking number in an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. You can track your order through this link: Tracking | DHL | Lebanon

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

For an exchange, simply send your item back within 5 days days from the receipt of the order if you reside in Lebanon, and 12 days if you are living abroad.

MINIZ Jewellery will only accept items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.

How to return your order:

  • Return the item(s) using the return address on the label of your package. Please include in the package: your order number, your name and reason for returning the item.

  • Contact us with your order details, to confirm you have returned your item(s).

  • Allow at least 2 weeks in order for your funds to be back into your bank account.

Please note that earrings are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. 

WHAT IS OUR JEWELLERY MADE OF?

Each customized jewellery piece is made up of its own individual high-quality metals. All items have a base metal of brass, stainless steel or sterling silver (on demand), and all items are 18k gold-plated.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

To maintain the jewellery for as long as possible we recommend avoiding wearing your jewellery in water due to the reason that it can speed up the rate that the gold fades. Inevitably, stainless steel & gold-plated jewellery will fade naturally over time. 

If you find that your jewellery is turning your skin green, this is very rare. However, please remember that everyone's skin type is different, and each person’s oils can make each metal react differently. Some people may have reactions to the jewellery material and the gold plating. We are not responsible for your skin’s reaction to metal or vice versa so we do not offer refunds or returns for this reason.
