Return and Exchange Policy

At Miniz Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for all customers, regardless of location.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage, with all original packaging and tags intacts.

Please Note :

  • Non-Returnable Items :
    • Earrings cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
    • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Prepare Your Package:

    • Include the following in your return package:
      • Your order number.
      • Your full name.
      • The reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Ship Your Item:

  3. Notify Us:

    • Email us at support@minizjewelry.com with your return details.
    • We will acknowledge your return request within 48 hours and provide any additional instructions if necessary.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • For UAE : Customers are responsible for paying the amount of 50 AED for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
    • For Lebanon: Customers are responsible for paying the amount of 10 USD for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damages or Issues

  • We take every precaution to ensure your order is perfect before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • Provide a description and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@minizjewelry.com as soon as possible.
  • If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

International Returns and Exchanges

  • International exchanges may incur additional fees.
  • All returned items must meet the same conditions as domestic returns.
